Jon Stewart interviewing Colin Firth promoting his new movie “Then She Found Me” Shogun Warriors a real shocker. During the interview Colin talks to Jon about his experience in Conan York City visiting all the sights, visiting Broadway shows, The Joker action figure getting his penis photographed.

Jon pauses and is utterly dumbfounded. “I’m sorry,” Jon says, “but among the many things you said you did in New York did you mention lastly getting your penis photographed?”

Colin went on to talk about the episode and how it occurred, as he mimicked what seemed to be a sensitive and perturbed French men. Jon thought the guy he was describing might have been Adolf Hitler. Colin said the altercation was such that the man seemed to be photographing him, although when Colin challenged him he indignantly said he wasn’t photographing Colin.

Nevertheless Colin was most pleased at his shock and awe ability, getting Jon to talk about his penis so much and the likelihood that Google would be carrying much more about him afterward.

The entire Daily Show that night said Jon had a mention of “penis” in every segment. Earlier in the evening John Oliver (the resident British comedian on staff at the Daily Show) remarked about the putrid size of Jon’s male appendage while sipping tea in close proximity to his boss Jon Stewart. Here are Mars Attacks nine basic steps to making soy candles. Following each step will allow you to create quality soy candles.

First Step - Measuring Your Wax

The first step in making soy candles is deciding what type of candle to create. The reason for this is because Spider-Man movie soy wax has to be carefully measured out according to the type of candle and the number of candles that are being made. For demonstration purposes we will be making votive candles. These candles require around two ounces of soy wax per candle. Work with even measurements whenever possible. If we were to make eight votive candles we would need about one pound of soy wax.

Second Step - Melt Your Wax

The next step in making soy candles is to melt the soy wax. You can purchase a wax melter for around $20 from your local department store or use a double boiler to melt your wax. Using a double boiler works well but it is a little slower for melting your wax. You must never melt wax directly on the stove as there is a risk where the wax will burst into flames.

Third Step - Adding Color

The third step in how to make soy candles is to add color to your candles. You can purchase and use candle dye and stir it into your melted wax. You may also use crayons to add color to your soy candles. You do not want to use food coloring as this will damage your soy candle.

Fourth Step - Adding A Fragrance

When Strawberry Shortcake fragrance to your candle wax you want to add about one and a half ounces of your fragrance for every pound of candle wax that you use. The temperature of the wax needs to be around 170 degrees so that the fragrance will bind with the wax properly. Stir the mixture for about two minutes or so before moving on to the next step.

Fifth Step - Reduce The Heat

The fifth step in how to make soy candles is to reduce the heat from 170 degrees to close to 150 degrees. You should also warm your candle molds so that they are slightly above room temperature. By doing this will allow the candles to release from their molds much easier.

Sixth Step - Pour Your Candle Wax Into Your Molds

When the wax is cooled to around 150 degrees you can then pour your wax into the molds. You can use a Pyrex measuring cup if you don’t have a pour pot. Make sure you fill each mold to the top.

Seventh Step - Add Your Wicks

Once you notice a thin layer of skin on the top of the mold it is time to add your wicks. Make sure your wicks are straight and push it all the way to the bottom of the mold. Take care to make sure that you keep it straight and centered.

Eighth Step - Smoothing Out The Imperfections

No matter how careful you were when you pressed the wick into the candle you probably created a slight depression in the skin. The only way you can smooth out this imperfection is to re-melt the wax. Be very careful that you don’t scorch the candle or wick.

Ninth Step: You Have Your Candles

You need to wait about 5 hours for the candles to set properly. Once the candles are set just give a little pull on the wick and the candle should pop right out of the mold.

BIG MISTAKE #3. CREATING A DESCRIPTION OF THE COMICS YOU’RE SELLING THAT IS MUCH TOO BRIEF

Often when writing up a description of the comics you’re Universal monsters figures there is a tendency to keep your description brief and too-the-point. That is a big mistake.

It only leaves people to wonder… WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE?

When selling your comics it’s important to list all the faults. Don’t hesitate to take the time (and the space) to describe to your prospective buyer exactly what they’re buying.

If your comics have torn pages…say so.

If you comic has been restored…say so.

If that Silver Age comic has a creased spine….say so.

If your collection of Justice League comics are in crummy condition….say so.

Also, say why they are in crummy condition. For example, if you left them in your basement and it was flooded, be honest, let your buyer know.

If you accidentally ripped the cover of the comic trying to remove some tape, say so.

Your potential bidders will appreciate your honesty and Superman good about doing business with you. If you don’t say enough about your comics, you will scare away potential bidders. So say as much as possible in your description.

Also, if your comics are 15-20 years old, chances are there is some type of flaw and experienced eBay buyers expect you to tell them what it is. If you don’t, not only do you risk not selling your comics because they won’t believe you…but even worse, if you sell your comics and they are disappointed the negative feedback they give you can kill your chances of having future buyers to trust what you’re selling.

Remember, there are hundreds of comic books 1951 Topps baseball cards sale, and you have to make the buyer want your comic more than all the others he can choose from. Tell him why he should buy yours. Write your description just like you would tell someone on the phone about the comic. Answer any questions the buyer might have in the listing. She is an amazing Certified Therapy Dog but, she will steal resident’s stuffed toys if I would allow her to. Now, for those of you who are handy with the needle, you could remove the stuffing, and fill the toy with tough fabric instead, that way, it will last forever!

I think that dogs feel closer to being X-Men movie dog when they actually have a stuffed toy in their mouth. They feel that they have caught it. They can carry it around, they can claim it, they can retrieve it (especially retrievers), and it’s theirs. And, it feels good to them. After a while, the smell of this stuffed toy becomes awful to us, but great to the dogs.

Depending on the breed you have, some dogs will kill the stuffed toys, some dogs will love it, sleep on it and snuggle with it. Retrievers will consistently have it in their mouth when you return home.

By far, the cheapest way to keep your dog in stuffed toys is buying cheap, right sized stuffed animals at garage/yard sales.
